The training course is financed by the “Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali” Article 72 of Legislative Decree 3 July 2017, n. 117 – year 2017, and realized by MOICA (Movimento Italiano Casalinghe) and Upter (Università Popolare di Roma), in collaboration with Fondazione Labos (Laboratory for Social Policies).
The objective of the project is to support synergistic actions to combat the phenomenon of Pathological Gambling (GAP, commonly referred to as “ludopathy”) and to prevent the economic failure of the family due to over-indebtedness of the subject through the examination of two specific legal instruments (Foundations and Law No. 108/96 on the one hand and Over Indebtedness and Law 3/2012 on the other) and above all of a network with skills matching that is well structured and of which each member knows the reliability
The training activities will take place in e-learning mode via the FAD platform.
The topics dealt with will be of a regulatory, legal and social nature and will include notions about the GAP, the economic default, usury, the role of the social worker and the specific tools of the sector for the safeguarding of the assets of the over-indebted entity.
It will have a very pragmatic cut on the tools to protect the assets of the over-indebted person and on the skills to work on the network, through a pull of experts (each with their own expertise) who not only can assess the unfortunate circumstances related to over-indebtedness but provides verify each dynamic that follows.
The course, which will have a total duration of 02 hours of teaching, is aimed at Lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Psychologists, interested in updating and refining their specialized preparation on the issues of prevention and contrast to gambling addiction.
