Enhancing Mentoring Skills of Sport Coaches – ESMSCo.
On March 6th and 7th the Foundation Laboratory – Labos hosted the first meeting of the European project “Enhancing Mentoring Skills of sport Coaches”.
Labos, together with @dokamp, @irsie @reddeporte, intends to analyze the evaluation of the courses of sports coaches, taking into account the relational aspect between coach and young athlete.
With this first phase the project implementation phases start.
